Useless bank and staff. It?s better to stay away from this stone age institution. They will close your account without saying anything and you will wake up without money in your account and it?s your fault!

The process is too slow there. Always old people are waiting in a long queue. This is so sad. The bank should put chairs and create tickets system like other countries. I always see weak old people standing for long period of time before they are being served. This problem in all the UK banks, not just Halifax.

Remi assisted me today as I wanted a statement on a junior ISA account, he was extremely helpful and polite. Had a huge smile on his face , a ray of sunshine in this branch. He printed the statement for me after doing the necessary security checks and I am thankful. Great service by this young man, well done!

My mum came in to transfer money into her own sons account for my mortgage deposit and the woman took her in a room and questioned her and scared her which is disgusting.She clearly stated the deposit was for her son.Whoever the lady that questioned my mum about transferring money needs further training.It is a customers choice to decide where they transfer their money.

What a shocking experience I had today, unprofessional and the worst customer service I have ever received in a branch. I had an appointment to open a savings account with Kiran. Jagpal. She said the whole process would take more than hour, while she proceeded to show me a simple online video, if I glanced away, she wound pause if and rewind the whole thing to the beginning again!! She then decided to say she was unwell and should not be at work! And left me in the room Alone, to be confronted by a very aggressive manger, to say Kiran was unwell and it was between them why she was in work!! She was actually worse than Kiran, if that can be possible.. What a waste of time, as I had waited 4 weeks for this Appointment. Ealing Broadway would be a much better choice if you choose to have excellent customer service. Avoid Greenford branch at all costs!!

This is my local branch & I only really use it to make deposits if I'm in Greenford. I use the machine to do this so I never need a member of staff to help. Recently they have been closing the branch between 12.30 & 1.30 pm due to shortage of staff. I understand this but when I turned up at 12.25 & the door is locked & I was very rudely told that I couldn't use the machine it left a bad taste in my mouth & I will only ever use Ealing Broadway now.

Not being able to sort an issue over the phone with their call centre, I went to the branch and even during this difficult times due to Covid-19, I had a fantastic customer service from Mrs. D'Souza. Had to go twice and she provided a great service. Thank you.
