Went into Greggs, Greenford Broadway on a Sunday morning and was met with a scene of absolute bedlam. Where do I start?!
Firstly, the place was absolutely full of Uber Eats riders waiting for their never ending orders. Staff were prioritising them over walk in customers who were trying to be served.
There was hardly any food ready and this was at 10am in the morning!! The shelves were bare and staff trying to hear more up. The coffee machine was playing up. The queue was now out of the door with no one being served.
This has to be by far the worst Greggs I have had the misfortune of visiting. GREGG?s, if you are reading this, sort it out!
Needless to say, I walked straight out without purchasing a thing.

As a Sikh, I cannot eat halal meat in my religion and it is getting very difficult to find non-halal options in this area. I am very appreciative that Greggs serves non halal meat. Thank you Greggs!

Shop have been closed... no notification :/ all the signs shows that its working no problem.. but unfortunately its noy working.

The order took ages to come .. the Uber driver was waiting for them to prepare the food for more than 20 min .. the order came wrong .. got hot chocolate instead of cappuccino!! What do u expect me to do what kids drink !!! I was craving the coffee .. plus I ordered milk chocolate dip they got me caramel dip !

It?s been more than a month now, really bad customer service. They don?t accept card anymore, only cash. Always saying card machine is not working over a month now.
