Thought they just did bedding items.Was surprised by the things they have in stock.Clean store, helpful staff, lots of lovely items of all varieties.And plenty of affordable stuff, no need to break the bank.

All-in-household goods, linen, kitchen ware and the like .... a step up from good old Homebase, but lacks the Garden Centre of course.Well stocked for anyhing and everything needed at home. Prices are reasonable with many discounted items.

Paid substantially for made to measure curtains, at the Greenfield shop, which are great quality but their fitting service was rubbish. Complained and they sent the same person who had done a very bad job of putting the track up in the first place. So wasn?t going to agree with the issues raised. I asked him to take track down, fill in holes and take track back but he tried to take curtains instead. He left leaving track and curtains rolled up in a big bundle! I?ve since been chasing for a refund of track and fitting cost without any response whatsoever. Calling them is impossible! Will definitely not use their fitting service again.

We run serviced apartments and we buy all of our soft furnishings and lampshades from Dunlem as we just love it! We bought a large selection of lamp shades, throws, cushions and mirrors from Dunlem in Greenford recently (not to mention, glassware, plates, cutlery etc) and our guests just love the finished look! My favourite is the velvet lampshades with gold edging. So luxurious!Our guests at Crossrail Cottage - West Ealing agree with me :) Thanks Dunelm!

Very poor customer service. Absolutely uncooperative. I tried to return £30 worth of goods from an original purchase of £250, but didn't have the same card. They offered no solution for refund if I am unable to produce the same card. I had the original bill and the return items. I was willing to accept a voucher also, but they wouldn't listen. They have lost a loyal customer forever. No wonder companies like these are going down and people are migrating to more customer centric companies like Amazon.

Went in sunday to get a blind, couldnt find wat i wanted asked assistant Shabnam, helped to track item if in stock. Found there was, she went into back storage to get it. Many thx

Went in for swish aluminium curtain tracks & curtain hooks. Everything we needed was in stock. There was a queue at the check out to pay but it reduced very quickly as lots of staff on. All excellent.

Visited the Greenford store, was surprised that the beautiful Dorma bedding sets are hidden away to be able to pickup and look at from a shelf as they?re locked underneath display sets. I?ve never seen or experienced this in any other store and was told that this was due to the amount stolen from the store. So very sad. Luckily I found and got what I wanted with the assistance of a member of staff. There is no notices to mention that if you want any of the range to hunt down a staff member to assist you. Would be good if there was a dedicated member of staff in this area to be able to assist customers looking for these specific products.Other than that the store was like all others well laid out, fully stocked with a range of items.
