Not my kind of place, although they do have everything that you need. Cheap materials used, items will not last very long at all. I wouldn't recommend it

Went there for a click & collect. Another one of those impersonal places that have got rid of normal tills for self service. When you go to Dunelm you know what to expect in terms of choice of goods. A good range with reasonable prices.

I've been to Dunelm many times , excellent store for bedding, household items, lamp shades , table lamps. Rugs and special gift items
There is a nice clean coffee shop with seating areas.
Staff are helpful if free.

The shop is situated right next to A40 heading into London not hard to find. The parking lot is good not very cramped when full. Inside the store is clean, tidy and with space between the aisles and having signs above the aisles makes it easy to navigate around the store. They offer a lot of house goods at a good price. As in furniture displayed is limited but the other goods make up easily for this. Plenty of stuff for kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms to make them more welcoming. Visited the store for 1st and had a very pleasant time here. Definitly will be visiting other Dunelm stores if needed, will come really handy when changing houses. The food corner on the upper level comes in handy forxa coffee or sandwhich, or for a short rest. The staff are good. Payments are made easy, but the self checkout machines need looking after as the scanner might read an item twice for no reason. On both levels you'll find toilets accessible to disabled persons and diaper change room.

Have just come out of the store and this is the second time I have experienced terrible customer service.
Picked up a calendar, not labelled, which I understand can happen; went to recently automated tills to scan rest of the products, while the customer assistant asked someone to check over her headset: issues with scanning twice - ok , can happen. Now is the issue while all this was happening, waiting, asked the assistant again and she again kept calling the person on the other end, but there was no response. The customer assistant who I was dealing with didn't want to give her name - fair enough but was my query dealt with successfully -NO! Would I want to come to this store again - NO, if could get my stuff in an another store! Did the store loose a sale- YES!

I ordered a mirror online. It said I could collect after 2 hours. When I went there, the mirror hadn't been picked. I looked at the 2 mirrors on the shelf, but both were faulty. I got a refund.

Just been to this store , I?ve purchased from here before . Nice clean store, temperature was cool and comfortable inside that this was nice as it?s a hot day. Annie one of the staff members really stood out she helped answer my questions regarding stock availability and also query regarding pricing. She was kind and professional and did her upmost best to assist us.

I'd seen some reviews saying the pricing here is confusing due to discounts not being in the system and that was the case for me as well. But the person at the counter had the vibe of this being a well-known issue. I simply told her about the discount I'd seen on the shelf and she radioed a colleague to check and after they confirmed, she altered the price for me. Can't complain about that. Both were very friendly.
I visited on a weekday afternoon and it was extremely quiet so best to avoid weekends.

Do not go to the store in Greenford the staff are very rude and dismissive and unreasonable. I bought a pair of curtains for £60 and the next day came back to exchange it for a different size and because a piece of the paper inside of the packaging was missing they refused to take it and was very rude in the process
