Stay away! They have no idea what they are doing! I took my big bag of documents with me to post but they didn't ask me how much documents there were even I told her there was a big pile. She gave me an regular size A4 evolople then when I asked for a box they gave me a box thats half of A4 size?? How do you fit a big bag of A4 documents? ?!! After all, I asked for some tape to close the box, I was told to buy some as they didn't have any avaliable at the time but they usually have it. So why should I buy some?? And why did you not tell me at the beginning?? Without even asking me the destionation, the lady quoted me a international price even I told her thats not the price I usually paid. After asking her to double check altought she didn't want to, she then asked me when I was posting it, I replied my accountant in London then she responded, well...all my customers here post overseas. I asked her what made you think I would post my documents overseas? She didn't apologize even I told her she shouldn't make assumption. She also told me to wait aside becuase she had to help other customers even I was already talking to her.

The worst experience from my life with this company...my parcel just disappeared and i can't get in touch with a real person at all....this number is with extra charge and they just pass me from one department to another...after they put down the phone....wost worst worst ??????????
