Went with my wife to have a nice coffee after shopping, the lady on the till was giving us orders not taken orders.
I asked for couples extra tissues, she said already gave you! Not smiling very very rude. Music loud you can?t hear yourself talking. Very disappointing

Just stop for coffee and sweet snack at 10am..
No brown shuger unfortunetly, I have been told that there is non in stock..
Ok, I have accep this, houever I'm in catering buissnes for over 2 decades and know that it is esential to have that kind of stuff in stock when you are focus on selling coffee..
Also I have order a chocolate twist French pastry one of not many freshly bake "in house" unfortunetly the pastry was bake at least 12h earlier, what suggest product was from last day.
Bad overal expiriance and unplesent service.

Nice and clean. Quiet too so there was a table. Service was excellent, they gave my baby a little milk with a little straw and kept him entertained by smiling and pulling faces. Came over with napkins and were all very sweet.

Meeta was absurdly rude to me because I took tissues without asking her after my toddler son puked and while she?s serving a customer - I am neither going to interrupt another customer nor am I going to wait. She muttered ?idiot? when I walked over to grab my bag from a table to which my husband responded and kept instigating an argument with me after I asked for her name. Due to this experience, the store is not child-friendly.

The atmosphere is brilliant and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.The coffee and food is always great and all the customers seem happy and satisfied. I like the clean calm atmosphere and thank the staff for always looking after everyone.

Popped in for a for a coffee and tuna cheese melt ,plenty of seats .Staff very helpful food very hot coffee's were delicious .Parking: Plenty of free parking at Greenford retail park .

unfriendly staff, especially the old lady with a sleek bun. worse than our librarian. The girl on the till doesn?t even smile. (flavia on my receipt) doesn?t even say thank you. The vibe is so gloomy. Don't come here if you want your day to get ruined. worst customer service ever.

Costa like any other Costa I never tend to sit in and drink because the atmosphere here isn?t that good it?s always packed and crowded which is also a good thing for the business, but as a customer I like my peace and quiet so a takeaway it is.
