Nice location facing the mirning sun.
Talk about morning: staff were pleasant, attentive and fast @ this time of day.
Music was a little too loud for me to hear vid calls I needed to make, I had to go outside, where traffic was a little less noisy to make my calls.

Rubbish managers inept in training creating a high turnover of staff.alwya over last 7 years never been served by trained member of staff always 2 new girls training.training on a Sunday morning place was packed out expected wait 30 mins. Turned around and carried on home.
Vegetarian options: Food is sparce and dry out of date.
Parking: There is no parking. Teacher and a child and a road sweep have all been plowed down on the pavement outside of this venue because of forced traffic onto one main road. Plus opposite a major high school so council have red lined all the way down to depot. Also primary school behind costa has now forced penalties in morning and afternoon if you try and drive on 4 roads around it. Main road leads to congestion of 45 min wait at southall iron bridge to be met with tailback from green ford roundabout. Avoid at all costa.my child goes to school opposite so we are around here all time. Shame on ealing council
Kid-friendliness: No one with uniform allowed inside to even purchase. Even though there are 2 primary and one high school opposite?
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm mid 50s and walk but have difficulty opening heavy doors especially when carrying takeaway drinks

I arrived to this Costa cafe at 7am but it open at 7:30 and I decided to wait and then sat in the chaos outside and it was convenient because the marquees where open and it was raining, I assumed they open it because they had already the tables and chairs set in the street and that would kept that dry and clean. When the ladies noticed I was sitting at the chair they kindly retracted the marquees. It wasn?t important for them to allow the tables to get wet as long as i don?t benefit from the shelter. Nice human being gesture

the music in the place is too loud which makes it so hard to study, work or even communicate with others. I used to go there to study but not anymore. I wish it was a work friendly place.

Vegetarian options: As far as I am aware, all of the drinks are vegetarian and vegan, and all items apart from a few sandwiches are completely vegetarian and most of them are vegan! I would highly recommend this place to both vegetarians AND vegans! ????

Walked in, waitress was on the phone, clearly talking to a friend and not a customer, eventually she turns and I ask her if I can use the toilet as I needed to change my newborn baby, she refused unless I bought something, I pleaded as there was no where else local and she just gave me a dirty look and said you have to buy something, refusing to let someone use a toilet should not be a policy, pathetic.
