They SCAMMED me with out of date goods. I tried returning them and they blamed me for fraud - stealing my money in the process. How embarrassing! Anyways EVERYTHING is also overpriced and thr service is painfully slow. I will never be returning here again.

Bookers has a wide variety of fresh , frozen and canned foods. A very good butchery department a very good choice of goods for retail shops. There is good free park and is easy to go around I recommend it most highly

You have to check prices as sometimes Tesco, who owns bookers, is cheaper. But the store is well stocked and the staff are friendly.

Good experience I would say they are the best in terms of service and how the process works what I mean by that is the fact that you can scan your products as you place them in your cart which is very helpful to understand what your purchasing and how much you have accumulated as your scanning each productOverall very good experience always been visiting for over 7 years now fantastic service with fantastic staffThank you Booker Greenford

I can only agree with the last review on here, very poor customer service at Bookers Greenford. If you have not used the branch in six months they just close your account without notifying you, giving you a wasted journey. I complained to their Head Office about this policy and was assured would get a response within one hour by email or telephone, received neither. This totally sums up the level of customer service from Bookers.

Although a smaller site than other wholesalers, they are fully stocked. Great deals in store for some catering essentials. The staff here are always welcoming and make us feel valued.
