I visited this shop recently and was very impressed with the lovely choice of clothes and accessories. I was helped by the lovely staff when i was interested in the furniture very helpful and spent time with me that I appreciated. Would highly recommend this tore will definitely be back.

Offered to donate a £850+ solid oak bookcase in mint condition and they made it so difficult! Requested multiple photos and then said called me to say they?d ?be willing to accept it? as if they were doing me a massive favour - the manager then had the CHEEK to say a residential parking permit would need to be provided at my cost, even though I offered to take it out to them so it would be available for collection from the roadside so no parking permit would even be required. The manager then hung up the phone on me when I queried why a permit would be needed in this situation. How ungrateful! Trying to help a well deserving charity with this substantial donation and this is how they react? NEVER AGAIN! Ungrateful, rude and disgraceful - I will be escalating to Sue Ryder head office.

Love this shop - lots of bargains, friendly staff, regularly changing stock. Bought an amazing red leather sofa from here really cheaply. What's not to like - great prices and your money is going to support a fantastic charity.

Great shop , the volunteers and staff are always happy to help and are friendly and amenable. They have such a wide range of stock that I go in for one thing and come home with many things ! They have a fantastic book range for all . I love the children?s books as having to get little presents for family and friends children rather than new I go in and can almost always find some that is suitable and the children love and appreciate them ! Highly recommend checking this shop out .

On my first visit, great bargain prices and plenty of stock. Reduced items for £1 and £2 plus 10 DVDs for £1. Furniture in store too. Friendly helpful staff, good customer service. On my second visit, there was no offer on DVDs anymore, they are all £1 each and the man who served me did not fold the clothes I bought, he just left them in a heap on the counter after I'd paid.

I'd say it's the best charity shop in the area - large, with a wide range of books, clothes, furniture and bric-a-brac. Nice layout, not overwhelming

This place is a good way to learn new skills and experience. I volunteer at this place and it has a good atmosphere with a powerful and polite manager who likes to help people.
