Worst Experience Ever ? Unacceptable Staff Behaviour at Your Branch
Yesterday evening, I visited your branch and had the most terrible experience I?ve ever had at KFC. After placing a self-order and completing the payment, I didn?t receive a receipt. I approached the counter for assistance, but the staff member who spoke to me was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of helping, he spoke to me in a tone that implied I was lying about my payment. When I showed him the confirmation on my screen, he pointed at the order list and coldly said, ?That?s yours,? without offering any proper assistance. His attitude and the look on his face were absolutely disrespectful, and then he just walked away without saying a word.
It didn?t end there. I had selected ?dine-in? for my order, but the lady who handed me the food packed it for takeaway. When I told her I had chosen dine-in, her response was shocking and unacceptable. She said, ?You?re ordering a small amount, so we won?t give you a tray.? When I asked how I was supposed to eat, she arrogantly threw a paper plate in front of me, as if I was an inconvenience to her.
This was by far the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced, not just at KFC, but anywhere. The staff?s rude behaviour, lack of basic manners, and complete disregard for customer service are appalling. I will never visit this branch again, and I will make sure to tell others to avoid it as well.
Frankly, if this is how you allow your staff to treat paying customers, you?re going to lose a lot more business.

Very polite kind staff and always fresh food. Only problem is their manager, very rude and tried to hit on me once too. Very unprofessional man.

I have been in this branch, but the guy who was taking order was very rude and disrespectful. The way he was serving the customers made me to avoid making order and i left the restaurant without making order. Hopefully KFC consider the respect of customers and provide a training for their workers.

Not too bad, near tube station, tfl bus stations, national express, taxis, restaurants, stores, NHS Medical Centres, Banks etc.... NO MCDONALD'S ?
I'm a regular customer of KFC everywhere but sometimes it is annoying if you just pass by then needing to go to the toilet for personal necessities....then the door is closed or locked ?because,, you need a receipts with code number ? ?
