I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this Domino?s location. After placing an order, the delivery driver dropped the pizzas. I tried calling the store multiple times (at least 15), only to find out the number listed on Google connected me to a different branch entirely.
When I went to the correct store to sort things out?bringing along a pizza that looked like mushy peas?the driver falsely accused my wife of dropping it. Shockingly, no one, including the manager, attempted to de-escalate the situation. Instead, several staff members ganged up on me and my children. The atmosphere was hostile and unwelcoming.
All I asked for was a refund or a replacement for the completely ruined pizza. A simple apology and a fresh pizza would?ve resolved the situation. Instead, I was met with rude behaviour, dirty looks, and zero accountability.
This isn?t the first time I?ve had issues with incorrect orders or poor service here, but it will definitely be the last. I?ve deleted the app and won?t be ordering from Domino?s again. In a way, thank you to the staff?cutting out this junk food is probably a favour to my health.

? 1-Star Review ? Rude Staff, Poor Service, and No Accountability
I usually don?t leave reviews, but this experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish and needs to be shared.
First, the phone number listed online was linked to the wrong Domino?s location, which caused major confusion. When we finally got through to the other store, the staff there were extremely rude, spoke to us with an attitude, and even hung up on us mid-conversation. Completely unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the pizza we received was in terrible condition ? it had completely fallen apart in the box, with the toppings and cheese all slid off to one side. When we called to explain the issue, hoping for a simple resolution, we were met with hostility and blame.
Instead of trying to help, the staff accused us of lying, told us to ?shush,? and continuously interrupted us while we were trying to explain what had happened. They showed zero interest in listening, zero empathy, and absolutely no willingness to replace the ruined pizza.
This experience was beyond disappointing. It wasn?t just bad service ? it was disrespectful and unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but the way a business handles them matters ? and this store failed on every level.
Domino?s, this kind of treatment drives customers away. Your staff need serious retraining in basic customer service and communication. We won?t be ordering from this location again.

Regular customers of Dominos and we order our usual pizzas. The last order (24/04/25) which included Texas BBQ and cheeseburger was horrendous!! It tasted awful! Obviously we don?t eat domino?s for its health aspects; but it?s supposed to pack taste and flavour. Our experience was everything but that!

1-Star Review for Domino?s Pizza Golders Green
I am extremely disappointed with the service at Domino?s Pizza Golders Green. As a loyal customer, I have placed multiple orders, but time and time again, they have made mistakes with my pizzas.
My most recent experience was the worst. I ordered a half-and-half pizza (Vegetarian & Mexican), but they forgot the special sauce. When I called to complain, I spoke to an employee named Mansi, who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue, she was disrespectful and even accused me of lying.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. If you value quality food and respectful treatment, I highly recommend avoiding this branch. They need serious improvements in both food preparation and customer service.

I am a regular customer of Domino?s Golders Green, but unfortunately, I have received the wrong order multiple times. On several occasions, they have sent the wrong pizza or the quality has been very poor. I brought this issue up with the manager, but instead of resolving the problem, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. Rather than taking responsibility, they acted completely indifferent.
If you?re looking for good service and decent quality, I would not recommend this branch at all!

We arrived at 21:30 and it was already closed. Nothing was said on the website nor on the Domino?s front door.
It?s sad for a big company like yours.

This place is a joke!food had nails in it scum bags banging on windows absolute state my kids were traumatised do NOT order from here not even a 1 star!I came to collect my order and all staff were charging round the food like big hungry bulls shocking they couldn?t even wait 5 minutes?.

just had a long explanation to one of a rude manager.
placed an online order for hawaiian pizza and for some reason what they got on their system a margherita. i explained what i ordered over and over to the rude assistant manager who won't give his name obviously cause he knows he didn't do his job right. asked to have it changed or refund but refused to help at all and keep saying i need to take what they made even it's not what i wanted. would never order to this store again to be treated so badly.

I mean, it?s Domino?s, if you like the product and the style then you will be easily satisfied.
A worthy mention is for the person in the front who took orders and then prepared the pizzas: he is a friendly guy with lots of patience but it?s obvious that he behaves professionally.

I just walked in and made an order. Told the person I want Italian base, not the thick standard one. He misunderstood gave me thin version and when I opened it and told him to change it he argued that I was wrong and didn't want to change it. After asking him nicely to change it please as I don't like this type and I will not eat this one. He wanted to charge me again for another full price pizza. I had to throw the pizza away. Poor customer service won't come to this branch ever again.
