This costa is probably the worst I?ve been too I?m not sure if the lady is a manager but she?s don?t know how to talk to customers. Customer service is pants and it?s giving racism. This woman decided to tell me to move out the way once I finish ordering not even allowing me to put my card back in my purse that was strike one, I then witnessed a boy come in and one staff member allowed him to the back of the shop he pull out a sandwich. All of the lady comes out of nowhere and tells the boy he cant be in here eating his food.
Granted that?s a policy however she then proceeded to tell the boy about common sense and that he needs to basically get out. Whether he was wrong or right there are ways to talk to people considering I was sitting right there, talk about embarrassing him then when he asked to if he could by a drink he was refused.
