Visited the store and the gentleman Shahzil was very helpful, he took time to explain things in a simple way and he was very knowledgeable and understanding. I've been a customer for 20 years and I am very happy with the service, the staff here are very helpful!

I signed up to a new internet plan with Three. They mailed me the 5G home router which was physically broken straight out of the box. I went in store and explained this to them and their only solution to rectify the problem was to sign up for a brand new plan, in my partner?s name, and then chase them up over the phone to cancel the initial plan.
This process took months as Three kept sending me bills for the first plan, which I repeatedly had to explain the situation to get out of paying.
The worst part is, when I showed Three the broken router, their response was that it wasn?t in fact their fault, rather it was their supplier?s fault who had sent it out. I explained to them that because they were the ones taking my money, and the ones who use said supplier, it was in fact their responsibility!

Visited fulham 3 store today to ger my upgrade done. Im extremely greatfull to meurial who helped me to get the deal i was given online.i coulg not complete it online but she helped me to get it by speaking to customers services.she was patience and very helpful

Today I went into this store with my husband. There was one guy sitting g at a table hunched in the corner on his phone. He did t look up at all and when I said?hello? he ignored me completely. I again said ?hello? to which he just stared at me. I said do you work her? He looked down at his jumper which has a 3 on it but was impossible for me to see as he was hunched over. My husband then went o to explain the problem with his phone and this kid just stared at him. I said ? what?s the matter with you?? He said ?what do you think?
Could t believe my ears. I said why are you bro g so difficult. To which he returned to his phone! Unbelievable. This happened literally 40 mins ago. I?m stunned. This kid needs another job. No wonder the country is on the state it?s in with people like him taking up a job.

Went to the store while on holidays from Canada, store was not to busy. Amazing and quick service by Meuriel. She not only sort us out with sim cards but also recommended the correct sim to use in the Europe. Such a lovely experience. Thank you for making it easy.

We had some problems with a sim that we pre ordered in Australia and we had an amazing experience with the manager Muriel who went above and beyond to sort it out for us. We only had 1 day in London and needed it organised before we left for Europe the next day. She was so patient and professional and we were so impressed with the customer service that she provided. Thank you so much Muriel you certainly made our experience in a very stressful situation much easier :)
