The tall girl with the long blonde highlighted brow hair with full of tattoos,not helping the stuff was just standing there watching one lady serving all the customers,in a busy rush our on her phone??????not carrying pulling making faces,of us customers!We had to ask her to step in and she pulled again a face like she hates us hates her job raising her eyebrows and rolling her eyes at us ,and been arogant ????when asked why are you not helping the stuffs she become completely indeneial lying to our face about the situation ?.and this is not the first time,please get read of her she really bring down PRET lazy rude arogant belittling and full of tattoos not a good look please do something Her name is Elizabeth I think

The manager is rude?..he made my cappuccino?.I asked double cappuccino or double shot but taste more like milk not taste of coffee?.the I ask him about paisins not burn he still gave burn?..they guy looks like he got attitudes off gay and he talk rude ?.change the time of opening?

Worked there for an hour before an appointment. Filter coffee in a reusable is 49p and you can plug your laptop in. Got a table at 8am. What's not to like.

A great place to get a fab cup of tea. Mines a Peppermint tea ? I love the warm croissants too. The vegan / veggie selections are fab too! Pret are getting very creative!
