We had a fantastic experience at Nando's Fulham Broadway! We were offered table instantly with happy and smiling face Tigi ? The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor, and perfectly cooked. The ambiance of the restaurant was welcoming and cozy, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. What truly made this visit stand out was the exceptional service from our waitress, Tigi. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was nice to see familiar face she is a gem ? Stefan the manager was lovely too we had nice chat very helpful guy! What a nice team. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning for another wonderful dining experience!

I had a very disappointing experience at Nando?s Fulham Broadway last weekend while dining with my family. My husband found three hairs in his rice bowl, which is completely unacceptable. When we informed the waiter, she apologized and went to speak with the manager.
However, when the manager came over, she downplayed the situation, claiming that the kitchen staff didn?t have that type of hair. Then, she even suggested that the hair could be mine even though I wasn?t eating the rice or sitting near it! This was both frustrating and insulting. After I pointed this out, she finally apologized and offered us a free dessert, but by that point, the damage was done.
The way the situation was handled was unprofessional, and I left feeling very unhappy. I will never go back to this location and wouldn?t recommend it to anyone looking for good service and hygiene standards.

I was waiting for my delivery order more then 5min at window. No ones appeared and when I entered from other side she told me you can leave and go.

The worst Nando?s in London. As a big fan of the food here, I faced THE WORST ever customer service here. Can?t just swallow it. Staff was rude and unprofessional.

Very busy Friday evening, despite being at near capacity the range of dishes ordered for a party of 4 were all served at the same time, were all hot and everyone enjoyed their meal. Also love the free refillable iced water. Well done Nando's.
