I recently upgraded and added a second device on eSIM with EE. After spending over two hours on the phone with their support on multiple occasions, it?s now been 24 hours and my service still isn?t working. They told me to wait another 24 hours, despite my informing them that I had already done that yesterday. I called back today and spent nearly an hour and 57 minutes waiting for assistance, yet nothing has changed. I'm frustrated with EE?s exorbitant charges and their disappointing customer service. The prices are simply outrageous.

Planned our day to sort an issue out at this branch and they were short staffed and had closed the branch until 2:30pm.

If you need to get your mobile phone or tablet unblocked, EE staff no longer do this. I was told to try another network provider in the retail centre, but they were unable to help. You can still ask, but that's the answer I received.

The Staff will to every trick in the book to sell unwanted items to the customers! Ones customer refuses to along with them, they turn nasty towards the customers! Treats the as if they are garbage! Horrible experience! Totally horrible staff! Don?t use this store ! Find another !

Would not provide a working number for a week after signing the contract. Would not give any good reason for it. At one point their own tech department complained about them. Just pathetic.

The worst EE store in all of London, it's horrible, I went to get help 3 times with different things and all 3 times they told me to call by phone, all 3 times I called by phone and all 3 times they told me that this process had to be done in an official EE store in person, they are complete lazy people who don't want to do absolutely anything unless you buy something, what a disgusting store.

Came into yesterday was served by the manager Neda, she was extremley friendly and helpful and so was the rest of her team including Yasir.

Also rude, with poor education, You will have to wait at least I.5 hours!
Diabolical services from the HQ. just dreadful ! been trying to sort out a mistake made by EE July 7th it is now January
8th and no success in sorting it out.
Now having been bought out
by the worst company on the PlanetB. T. (74 calls to
customer service and still no internet )
a right rip off.
So to sum up, do not buy from EE/ BT
go elsewhere.
