Leaves customers outside when opening late. Guy opening the door gives no apology. In fact always looks bothered to be serving! Rude! Won't be shopping there again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Boots branch. I came in looking for electrolytes and asked one of the staff members for help straight away. She pointed me toward the pharmacy/prescriptions counter. Once there, I tried to ask the older lady behind the counter for assistance, but she immediately shut me down, saying she wouldn?t answer any questions unless I queued up.
After waiting in line and finally speaking to her, she told me electrolytes would be in the food section. I went there, only to be met again by the same staff member I?d initially spoken to, who told me they weren?t there. She then pointed me to a random shelf near the pharmacy with various medications?none of which were what I needed.
After struggling on my own, I had to ask a third staff member, a younger practitioner, who was the only helpful person throughout the visit. She walked me to the correct location and apologised for the confusion.
Overall, the staff seemed poorly trained and unwilling to take responsibility. Instead of helping, they sent me in circles, wasting my time and leaving me feeling frustrated and upset. It?s unacceptable that in a health-focused store, staff members don?t even know where essential items are located.
I hope Boots takes this seriously and improves both staff training and customer service at this branch.

Every shopping at Boots just gets worse and worse. The product price on the web is £5.25, shelf ticket displays £5.50 and my card was charged £5.80. On top of that, I believe the printed receipt I got is from a previous customer, because I have no idea what product is listed on it and it costs £5.30. I consider this as a very poor business especially for a chemist/drug store.

I went there on Saturday 12th of April, I received an excellent attention from one of the male employees (the only male -he was wearing a suit) so I assumed it was the store manager, The other female employee didn?t bother but he went out his way to help me because the machine would register my advantage card. I felt really valued as a costumer. The store was in order and had been recently restocked.

The lady at the prescription counter did not want to help anyone?her tone was already very dry and it became rude very quickly.I asked if she could help with a repeat prescription that my local boots didnt have in stock. i told her the medicine name, she repeated like 5 times that she needed to know the size of the pack. there is no connection in that boots so once i finally managed to login into their system show her the prescription she waves a hand at my face and says "this doesnt help me at all" - so I found my own details on their system for her, showed her the size pack she asked for five times, and still she could do nothing, and she was the one irate about it!
