Long time patron of this wonderful establishment and I can't helping loving how wonderful everything is at this here "wagamama fulham broadway"!
Back in my day we had a wonderful chap at this here establishment who we had referred to as "the waga lad" and although his presence is missed, the current staff are just as lovely and bright and upbeat and I have had nothing but joyous experiences. Would recommend! 10/10, 11/10 if it were possible! xx

I?ve been asking for my caramel cake but they just keep on ignoring i know this would happen thats why when I ordered i told the lady to deliver my food including the drinks and the cake altogether. I also paid once they took my order and even gave a tip i just wasted the tip. And now i need to leave and still no cake so i iust left

This specific branch seems to be getting worse and worse. Today?s Deliveroo order was the worst and prompted this response. Food arrived 35 later than initially estimated, all cold and dried up and partially wrong. Ramen had soaked up all the broth, chicken was hard and inedible. We binned everything and reordered elsewhere. Bearing in mind we have had over 100 orders from Wagamama Fulham Broadway, this is the last time. Absolute toilet. Manager should be replaced for sure.

Ramen came out stone cold.
Rather than make a new one the entire contents was re-cooked/microwaved leading to soggy noodles and overcooked ingredients.

I was really surprised that the portions were not large. The explanation I was given was "we weigh up the portions each morning, so the size is according to weight." The restaurant was really empty for a Thursday night so the service was ok. The food was tasty.

On way to home , we went for quick dinner, and I can tell that it was definitely worth it , we ordered ramen and duck soba which was delicious but as it was our first time in wagamama one of the employees named akesh helped us out a lot which make the experience even better as we was really helpful and friendly.The food was great with a good quality.
I will definitely go again.
It on my always bucket list now . ???

Hi I am a delivery person ,I am filing a complaint. I was insulted by a female employee yesterday Saturday at 9pm when I went to pick up an order, she shouted at me and told me to shut up in front of everyone just because of a simple mistake and misunderstanding between us. You can see the surveillance features and I have a video of her shouting at him and treating me in a disrespectful manner. I know that there is pressure on workers, but if a worker feels exhausted or stressed from work, he should ask his boss to go home. Maybe at this moment she is doing the same to customers.
