The facilities at this club are decent. Above average when compared to other Virgin locations. The overall feeling of the place is good but let down by the staff.

Terrible customer service. I called to i quire about membership and the rude person simply said it was on their website. When I asked her name she disconnected the call. Thanks, now I know which gym not to join.

Overall pleased with this gym Pool is great and the sauna is next to it so you can pop in straight after a swim Gym area is well equipped though it can be hard to find a spot in busier times My only complaint is that the bikes and running machine have no fans so you get horrendously sweaty which isn’t great Virgin... read full comment
