We had a great experience at this travelodge. Florin at check in was the most helpful friendly man, told us about where to eat in the local area and was asking us about our trip, just a really nice person which makes all the difference. The room was so much bigger than I expected, very clean and comfortable. We were very lucky that we got the last room at the back of the building away from the main road so it was fairly quiet and we slept well, it is on a main road otherwise so I should imagine the road noise would be quite a lot in the rooms at the front of the building. But overall, we had a very nice stay.

Haven't even gotten there yet but... my interactions with customer service over the phone and Rahul at the Fulham hotel have been very... satisfying.
I actually had to call last night re my online booking which was paid... but not confirmed (aka paid but no reservation at their end because of a glitch during the booking process)... and then now with Rahul at the Fulham Hotel re some requests for my stay... these conversations have been easy, effective, gentle, ... really lovely.

Room was ok. One of the set of two towels didnt smell good. Wouldnt recommend staying in there during a heat wave or generally 25+ celsius. Most of rooms are not airconditioned, and its extremely hot inside the room, the tiny fan they have provided was just making it extra hot. Also there were noisy guests in certain rooms , keeping their doors open due to the heat. And corridor smelt on cigarette smoke. Additionally reception girl wasnt much friendly, and had some attitude, was saying to dont lose the key of my room because its apparently their emergency, even do room.was booked for two and they shall be able to provide two keycards, and we all know how keycards work and they shall be able to replace them for a fee if lost, without a hassle, so her attitude was quite intimidating, like you are a child and never been in a hotel. In addition to that she didnt bother to write the floor number on the card, just the room number, and arrogantly pointed upward saying the room is on the floor above, which is unprofessional and ridicilous, considering there is two more floors above..lol

Overall, a very good stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, especially considering it?s a two-star. The location is excellent just an 8-minute walk from Fulham Broadway underground , with plenty of grocery shops nearby like Lidl and Iceland.
Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. A special mention to the cleaning team, especially JESSIE , who was lovely and always made sure we had everything we needed even in passing in the corridors.
The area is a bit loud to be honest
But Great value for the location.Would definitely stay again.

Booked a room for 4 nights as we wanted to visit London, do the sights, shopping and trip to the theatre.
We've stayed in Fulham Broadway previously but at a different hotel but found the Travelodge as it was a cheap stay.
It's great for transport links and is literally 5 minutes from Fulham Broadway Station and various bus stops. Also plenty of local shops and restaurants.
Check-in was easy, the room was clean but very warm although there was a desktop fan in the room - the disappointing bit was that there's no housekeeping if you're staying for a few nights so you basically can't have your room cleaned and you have to ask for fresh towels.
As it's in the right location for buses and tube we would stay again and recommend.

We were with a family with 4 teenagers and got a really good stay here for the night.
Florin was kind during check in, and the Manager (lady, Indian background, but forgot her name; Asmita?) was also very sweet and helpful during checkout.

Great location with many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. 8 minute walk to the underground. Staff was excellent.

Very welcoming staff and clean hotel.
Room was nice and clean and plenty of tea and coffee. Bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful.
Lots of shops and places to eat nearby.
Easy check in and out.

We stayed at Fullham travelodge on our recent long weekend trip to London with two young kids. The hotel is located not too far away from the main centre of London. A short bus or train journey away. The rooms are basic but clean and spacious. Plenty of shops near by. Staff are really helpful and kind. Will stay here again and highly recommend.

It's OK, nothing wrong with it. A little walk from an underground and room was a bit small. But was OK for what we wanted.
