Don't expect good service or service with a smile. Everything I asked for was too much effort. But I got a good price for some sports shoes and a new piece of plane hand luggage. I guess you can't have it all

The worst online service! Super slow delivery, u get charged £5 for delivery! If u return u get charged another £5 and if u order online and u choose to do store pick u'll again be charged £5!

Ordered boots online and they arrived in a very damaged box. Needed to return the boots and was told in store that they couldn't be returned due to having no box. No apology for how they arrived, nor realisation that it no longer resembled a box anyway! Apparently not one spare box in the whole store which is totally unbelievable. Avoid.

Went there today at 18.05 and they said the employee said they were closed when I checked in advance here and the closing time is 18.30. I mentioned this to the employe and he stated it's not in his control. So I wonder who is responsible of putting the correct opening times. Really disappointing.
