This has to be one of the best places I?ve think I?ve ever been in London for customer service. They are truly wonderful people and everyone in the shop is so happy to help it almost feels like a family environment. Thank you so much for the team who helped me and my kids today. You guys are really amazing.

They changed the prices they gave one price and then charged extra once the glasses were collected and the quality of his glasses are not great

I specifically choose to come to fulham store because of Tarek. Compared to others, his refined, professional, and respectful way of dealing with customers truly stands out. Tarek makes the whole experience outstanding, and he is the main reason I keep coming back.

Friendly staff and large selection of glasses but the prescription side of my appointment felt quite rushed and the results quite dramatically different to my current prescription which didn't feel right to me. The building itself also had a terrible smell in every area and the person taking my initial eye scan was eating out of their pocket during the scans.. quite bizarre really

Very bad service phoned up to see if my glasses was ready to pick up and I was left hanging on the phone for 45 minutes and no one picked up its even worse when your in store staff keep going on if you need help and always try to push you to buying the more expensive glasses will not be using specsavers again

I?ve used other branches and had a good service. Avoid this branch as they attempted to take advantage of a pensioner and persuade her to buy much more than she needed. Disappointed and worrying

Been a Specsavers customer since 2005. Got a contact lens stuck in my eye. Ophthalmologist turned me away 45 minutes before closing. Will be leaving Specsavers. Last time I?ll take poor treatment from this company

I've been going to this opticians for fifteen years. It used to be excellent. Sadly, they seem to have to some new staff and a different attitude. I did feel the last couple of times that I was pressured to spend more but at least I was not mistreated. This time, I was treated like I was a refugee and made to wait. Apparently, I had been given a later appointment to that which I had confirmed. This is a good practice- or was. But staff seems to have changed.
