Sometimes it's a really easy friendly experience, and other times you meet a really challenging inflexible member of staff. Shame that the latter can make a fairly simple process infuriating.

ordered a TV cable aerial . received a text message on the 12/december telling me the product is available for collection at fulham shop. I drove last night around 18.00 to pick it up and was told that they could not find the product despite the text message. I called this morning to find out what has happened and they offered refund and ability to pick up the product tomorrow to another shop. This is not possible as the scaffolding to go on my roof is going down today. I have been using screwfix for years and was always satisfied with their service but recently it has gone down certainly at the fulham shop. For example yesterday 3 people on counter but 2 were busy on the computer or going through paper while clients were waiting. This is not service.Best

0 star the stuff is useless, they don know nothing about what they are selling at list the must have a minimum knowledge.

Cheap and cheerful. I experienced a very helpful member of staff who went above and beyond. Never had any issues here, only issues that were the fault of Screwfix distribution. When this has occurred, the staff immediately remedied the situation. Impressed.

Ordered something in even though it stated it was available, turn up the next day to collect only to be told it won?t be there until after 12 even after I asked when it will be In and was told the morning. Always this store!!

Terrible customer service.4 people ahead of me at the ?click & collect? counters - none of which had pre-ordered?.mind you there were 3 c&c counters and only one for ?walk ins?.
