Popped in here to get a few things.....when i got to the self service there was a woman whose money had rolled under the self service till.
She tried to get help and the guy she was unfortunate to get to help her was so unhelpful and rude. He walked up to till and said ''there is nothing I can do, I don't know what ypu expect me to do' as he was walking off he made a tutting sound. He just left the woman to her own devices! After she continued to try to get her money with some cardboard. Terrible customer service.....Terrible attitude....even if he couldn't do anything he could have been more helpful.

very nice stuff but I try to call store the one in Fulham no oner pick up the phone been overcharge 2.50 pound maybe is not a lot but for me is a lot how can I call the store?

Very bad customer service. Employees make random comments and are angry if you ask them something, they don't help if you need help. By the way, the perks price is a big lie, because it's lower on the shelf, but when you go to pay at the cashier, it's always the full price and the employees don't help. I ask all customers to check the prices on the shelf and what they pay on the receipt because the perks price doesn't work and it's a scam for customers. I don't recommend this store, buy from Lidl or Iceland where the prices and the customer service are very good.

When poundland first opened the shelves were fully stocked, but recently there are quite a few empty shelves, but I still go there, frozen section is really good, lots of variety
