They are supposed to close at 5pm, but I went there before 5 today and they had closed already. Most disturbingly, they were inside and although I knocked they ignored me. It seems they do not realise that the POST OFFICE is there to serve the people and it's not their private business/shop that they can open and close whenever they want.

What a shame! I?d read all the bad reviews but had received good service a couple of times from the lady at the front counter. However, I recently had Royal Mail parcel redelivered to this branch. After trying twice at the branch I was told, grumpily, to go to the main sorting office. I explained there that it should have been delivered to another branch; they immediately identified the particular P/O and said the staff refuses to accept redelivered items from Royal Mail (!) and they were well known for bad service. At no point was I told in the branch that they wouldn?t have accepted my parcel anyway. A lot of hassle and totally unacceptable as it is presumably their responsibility to accept redelivered Royal Mail items according to the redelivery service provided on-line.

There seems to be an overwhelmingly negative view of this office. They don't sell Tracked 48 over the counter, but the man at the desk explained I could buy it online. After returning with the QR code, he printed my label and was very polite. In-store prices for tape and boxes are very high, but all the staff seemed very amicable - just tired from so many customers.

HORRIBLE post office. A very rude man is always serving. Has zero manners and gave me attitude when i asked if that was the cheapest option that was tracked. He insisted there was only one tracking option which was more than double what i expected. I checked when i got home and there were PLENTY of tracked options for less than half the cost. I can see in the reviews that MANY others have had the same awful experience. I will be going out of my way to avoid this place.

This is a joke. I'm arriving 10 minutes before 5pm when it says it closes. I'm gonna open the door and the lady decides to close the front metal curtain in my face. This is a disgusting treatment.

Rude staff, filthy premises and bold ?No dogs allowed? signs everywhere (despite being in one of the most dog friendly postcodes in London). Slow and curt service, justified by yet more bold signage explaining Social Distancing Measures due to Covid - in late 2023?Old fashioned set up and soon to be replaced by online postage options. In the meantime, best to avoid.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Just as the below poster. I purchase Royal Mail postage labels at home because it is so much cheaper than purchasing at this post office. But they will not scan the postage label to confirm receipt or tracking details like other post offices do. I have raised this with the ladies at the counter, and they say that I should go to another post office if I want that service. Snotty staff. Will be reporting to post office and Royal Mail as they are refusing to provide the full service because they don?t make any money from it.

Terrible service. Very rude and condescending. I have recently moved to the uk and am a fluent English speaker, I tried to send a parcel and was treated like an idiot for asking questions on process.

Everyone who works here is awful, except for the younger guy. The old woman and the old man are ghastly, incredibly rude, and useless. They seem to take pleasure in doing their jobs as poorly as possible. The Royal Mail should remove their licence.

We use this PO as it is the nearest to our business on Fulham Road. One of my team went to post two parcels, one by Special and the other signed for. The person serving said tracked and signed and did Special for both. When my colleague complained he said the labels are already printed and I can't change it. Why or why has the Post Office not taken away the licence and given to someone else.

Most unfriendly workers in this shop. You shouldn?t be doing customer service if you won?t be helpful, polite and smile. Plus they over-charged me.

Have had to use this post office as they are one if the only local ones to me. They are consistent the worst experience I have had over rrhe years and never fail to disappoint. Went in to post a small envelope with proof of receiving by the customer. The computer says no younger woman at the back said it will cost nearly £7 to send. I said that is not what I would usually pay usually around £3.50. No sir with a smile she replied that is all we offer. I said £6.50 is alot to send a small envelope for anon expensive item and I just want proof its received, tracked that it has been received. No sir again with a smile. I said I'll go to another post office, she replies in her co.uter says no tone. They will offer you the same prices. Then as intent to leave said we charge £3.50 for signed for. If you could see my face. I then went back to her and said I said to you I just wanted tracked that it had been received. She then no sir you said you wanted to track it. I'm very clear about what I say sir lol I replied I asked you for the cheapest option to prove it had been received, and you knew what I meant you just cheekly tried to charge me double the price. She went to start her computer said no show again and I cut her and just said sorry I can I just pay for this. Amazing how they smile in your face while trying effectively steal from you. Disgusting lack of humility and general customer service. Its not the first time and I think even if they are not professional that's one thing but the lack moral decency or humily or just general politeness really is something they should be quite ashamed of. Advice to them is mice people who.use your service don't deserve your contempt because for some reason your not happy in job.
