“I visited the pharmacy on 23/8/2023. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful, polite, and friendly. He was very patient and helpful in clarifying the details of my prescription.My dosette package was handed to me as it was going to be delivered to me as usual by the very helpful and friendly gentleman. The gentleman showed me the prescription so I was able to see that the medication that I was told was included in the prescription was not on it?. I feel embarrassed to say that I initially went into the chemist to complain about not receiving that medication or an I owe you note to say it was due to me. I must say the staff at the surgery did tell me it was included on the prescription. The man must have seen my very upset and stressed face because his whole persona in helping me calmed me down and explained the situation to my satisfaction. Keep up the good work.
