My old sim had become inactive. Attempting to get help on the O2 help centre was a disaster.
I went to the O2 store in Westfield to get a replacement sim, where the 4 staff looked at me like I was asking some alien question. Then one finally said that they had no sims there. I should try other branches. So I spent an 40 minutes calling as many West London branches as I could but not one was answering until I got to the Fulham branch.
A helpful man found some sim cards.
I wen to the Fulham branch on 30th May to find the staff so helpful. A young girl turned what seemed a nightmare job into a pleasant experience. Really friendly and the job was done fast.
Excellent service.

I literally Rely on this shop, every person i have ever met in this shop has been really kind, patient and gone above & beyond to help me & converse with me ! Being disabled , autistic & clueless about technology i just don't know ehat i would fo without these beautiful people...the shop is obviously run extremely well with happy people working there

Closed early and opened late, only 1 member of staff so they could not leave to check if they had stock, I ended up leaving and ordering from elsewhere, just to be clear this is not a criticism of the person that was in as he was very apologetic and professional but had no choice but to remain on the shop floor
