They deliver with a friendly attitude and they got me through the PANDEMIC I was living in a flat that had 28 stairs up to my flat door NOBODY ever moaned about the stairs GOD BLESS you ALL at Iceland Fulham

They give the wrong orders for deliveries & say they "will lose money" if they try to help you for the mistake.Never using this company again

After 10 years of deliveries, great customer service and no complaints, I?ve been told on and off that the store can?t deliver to me anymore. Even though I live less than a mile away. I understood, but then saw my next door neighbour receive a delivery. When I went back to the store to ask to speak to the manager I was told they were busy and wouldn?t be able to deliver to my area again. I suffer with a chronic illness and cannot carry heavy shopping bags home, hence why I always used this service. Have made a complaint to the head office. Why is it ok deliver to some people in my area and not to others?

It's Iceland. Lots of frozen food. Very interesting Branding of some of its own brands. Self check out machines are not great.

Never have deliveries available. Even though going early Friday and to be told no deliveries for Saturday either. The most annoying thing is you don't get told until you get to the till. Lack of staff and customer service is shocking.
