The middle aged woman working there was quite rude and cold, trying to get rid of me from the moment I got there. Told me that to close my account I'd need to post a letter to the bank as it couldn't be done on the app, and it'd take over a week. When I went home, I setup mobile banking myself and requested the account closure in a few minutes. No idea why she would say something completely false.

The staff were unhelpful, slow and lazy. Don't go to this branch. I went for a routine account change. There were no other customers there but I was told to come back later as it was 'busy' and the staff were about to go to lunch. Came back another day and was told that I'd have to wait three hours even though there was only one other customer there.

Went in and had terrible experience with an old staff lady who couldn?t be bothered to even appear helpful. Told everything has to be done online, they can?t provide any advise you on any account type.

Awful customer experience. I was told that something was not possible and then got it done over the online service. They were not willing to help me or any of the customers that were there at the same time. They were rude and their advice was wrong.

Not sure which branch exists, might as well close it. You need a card to access the machines, might as well be in the dark ages. Not sure anyone even carries a card these days.If you?re going to automate, do it properly.

Went to withdraw money and was told its only a digital branch, so no bank teller. That info is nowhere to be found on the site. Getting concern with HSBC holding my money, getting worst and worst

I came to Fulham road HSBC branch and they were very helpful. Was serviced by Shaun and he was amazing they didnt have a teller service and I needed money as the other branch is far. So he helped and it was ao wonderful and helpful. I am very grateful as made my day easier on me..Thank you so much Shaun ..

Walking into a busy branch, I was initially asked to be returned later for my transaction request. But her colleague Nithesh kindly said that he will help with the transaction and patiently did what was required. He explained properly all the steps that is necessary to carry out and dealt with my transaction swiftly. It was an important transaction for me and so glad that Nithesh helped me out to make it happen.

Went in the branch about two weeks ago to sort out an account restriction. They told me to just attend an appointment I was given over the phone and did not assist at all.I have just attended this appointment in their other branch and I am now being told it is a separate team and they will need to call me to book another appointment.It is one thing to not be able to sort an issue and another to give out incorrect information and waste someone?s entire day.Absolute joke of a bank.

The only helpful employee was Mr. Shawn Bird who helped me to activate my telephone banking and sort my account quickly. The other lady employee was not helpful at all.

Disgraceful company. Their own staff don?t know how the business operates and so send you in circles trying to fix problems their own system create? No chance of forming any kind of relationship with staff at your own branch? Moving bank. Should have done so a very long time ago? ps. This review is about hsbc in general and not just to the branch.

They keep closing earlier and earlier without changing the website and causing discomforts among its regular customers as it won?t give you the possibility to use certain services doing so.Let?s accept covid is over and doesn?t work as an excuse any longer.It definitely urges to go back to the opening time as they used to.
