Was just served by the most wonderful lady behind the counter. She was very friendly and welcoming. I only wish I had got her name to give her praise in this review, had what sounded like a London accent. Wish her the best in her future. Got a sausage roll and chicken bake that was nice and warm.

Very kind and patience staff as I do take time to think what I would like. They were very nice and friendly every time I visited the store. The manager was so kind with his offer and service. My mobile wallet failed to work, and I didn't bring my actual bank card on my visit. He had definitely made my day. Thank you! May the kindness return to you and multiple each and every day!
I purchased their Too Good To Go bags occasionally, and they had been very generous with it.
It's a small, friendly neighbourhood Greggs store.

Best sausage rolls! Served warm, the pastry is super flaky and buttery, and the sausage is soft, well seasoned, and just melts. I'd get one all the time if I lived here!

Staff clearly do not want to work there. Each time I go for breakfast well before breakfast ends they are out of sausages, eggs or baguettes and yesterday out of sausages and baguettes. It's a very unreliable store.

I went today in afternoon there were so many empty shelves when i asked is there anything in vegetarian staff was laughing because i was not able to find vegetable bake and also making fun of me.Staff's have zero respect of customers.

One star may be unfair but last week I ordered a Magic Bag from ?Too Good To Go? from Fulham Rd Greggs to be picked up between 5.30-6.00pm. Arriving at 5.30pm they were closed, lights out. I waited until their advertised closing time which was 6pm in case ?..:?????still no apology* Too Good To Go refunded me.

Love Greggs , soup amazing and steak bake. Cup of coffee . Perfect picnic in the park. Never had a rude member of staff . Always polite. Shops always clean and tidy. Well done
