Pregnant wife just went in there to fix an issue with her sim. Because she wasn't looking for a contract plan or to buy a phone, the EE employee who "helped" her seemed disinterested.
The EE rep lied to her and said the change would likely take 7 days - I got my identical sim working within 15 minutes.
Still took my wife's credit card information and charged her for a month of service.
The service still doesn't work.
Awful experience.
