We haven?t had the mattress delivered yet, so I?ll need to come back on here if there are any issues in the delivery phase. But the in store experience was brilliant. Jerome couldn?t have been more helpful. Not at all pressured or ?in your face?: he simply came over and gently asked if we had any questions. When we told him what we were looking for (price range and type), he pointed out which ones we needed to look at / test and then left us alone with space to consider. When we were ready to decide, he processed everything efficiently and answered all our questions knowledgeably. Thank you, Jerome.

The Salesman, whose name was Adnan, was very welcoming when we visited the store in Wandsworth Bridge Road. He was knowledgeable, helpful and dealt with our priorities without 'salesmanship.' Adnan went to the trouble of measuring and comparing bases and mattresses because we wanted a lower height bed - and did speedy arithmetic, too.

Jerome was extremely helpful, popped me on the fancy bed/computer thing and then walked me through the range of options available. I had to apologise and I moved dates on him a couple of times once feedback from home started arriving but he bent over backwards to accommodate, see you in a few years Jerome - 8 I think?

Dreams is absolutely rubbish now, I went in a bought a bed an blanket box at very good price, was given a delivery date for November but because unfortunately I added a bedside table to my order a week later I now have no delivery date, so now don't no when it's coming don't see why I can't just come on the same bloody date 13th November. I don't think the guy no what he is doing in the shop. Don't think I will be buying from there again. Might even get my money back,

My partner and I we're looking for a new mattress and had no idea where to start. James was so friendly and professional, putting us both at ease and walking us through the whole process to find one that suited our needs. We both walked away feeling confident in our purchase, even though we felt no pressure to buy, James did a great job at explaining every mattress and letting us try each one. Would 100% recommend.
