The new pharmacist Mona has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable anytime I have had a query, she is always patient and courteous. This is a complete change from my previous experiences and I now do not dread going to the pharmacy

Since new management has come in to play, this pharmacy has had a 180 in its quality of service. Mona especially is very approachable and very knowledgeable. This used to be an establishment to avoid but it has since become the first choice for its impeccable service.

Didn?t realise it shut for lunch 1pm till 2 which I get everyone needs a lunch, when I suggested they should put it online so people don?t wast their time coming here the lady was very rude. Always long queues and wait to get the prescriptions in the evening and not everyone can go then. Will request a different pharmacy going forward when needed.

I highly recommend this very helpful pharmacy. The pharmacist Corrado went out of his way to help me sort out my prescription. He was very caring. All the staff are professional, polite and helpful. I feel very lucky we have such a great service on the Wandsworth Bridge road. The Sands End clinic are also excellent and together they work very efficiently so thank you.

Extremely rude and inconsiderate pharmacist today, I asked the cashier a question which she then checked with the pharmacist to clarify the answer. The pharmacist shouted loudly from the back area instead of coming out to me and speaking to me directly. I felt my question had not been answered so I asked again, the pharmacist then came forward a few steps to show her face but shouted really private information out loud while she was in the back area and I was at the cashier, she even continued to use insensitive languagewhen another customer entered the store. I could not believe the senseless behaviour I was receiving, have never had this before as most pharmacists will take you aside if you have a query.

I visited the pharmacy on 23/8/2023. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful, polite, and friendly. He was very patient and helpful in clarifying the details of my prescription.My dosette package was handed to me as it was going to be delivered to me as usual by the very helpful and friendly gentleman. The gentleman showed me the prescription so I was able to see that the medication that I was told was included in the prescription was not on it?. I feel embarrassed to say that I initially went into the chemist to complain about not receiving that medication or an I owe you note to say it was due to me. I must say the staff at the surgery did tell me it was included on the prescription. The man must have seen my very upset and stressed face because his whole persona in helping me calmed me down and explained the situation to my satisfaction. Keep up the good work. Your services to me today are definitely 5-star????????????????
