You would think with all the technology around a mega club like Chelsea would have their online shopping in check. Ordered a customised shirt over a month ago. Keep getting the run around. I phone in twice a week. They?re all say different things and keep asking if I want to cancel my order. NO! I wouldn?t have ordered otherwise. Very very very disappointing. My brother is a gunner and his personalised shirt within 5 days.

i don't even like football but my sister drags me here every time she visits me in london. overall, quite nice. two storey tall. really pack during match day lmao if you just want to visit the store, DO NOT come during any match day. near to the train station and the bus stop is like exactly in front. there are a few other bus stops nearby.

We went over there on purpose? making stock of sizes for the Chelsea home shirt. Not good especially when the shirt is for your son and expectations are built up

Nice store and staff are very good but one particular manager is horrible. He is of no assistance, rude to customers and even ruder to his own staff. I regularly go to this store and regularly hear shouting from the manager. I have even seen female workers crying leaving the store. He seems like he is horrible to workers. Pretty sure his name is Robby. He needs to get the sack not a good look very unprofessional and unwelcoming.

I visit the store after a tour and the store is huge with many discounts and styles for all ages and genders. My main complaint is how long checkout too. The girl took over 5 mins to ring in 2 items in and the best park about it is that she left the security tag on my shirt!!!! RIDICULOUS! I noticed after I left the store! Employees don?t care about their jobs and it shows by this mistake, the time it took, and right after the cashier checked me out she when to go gossip with another coworker. On a positive note their are many sales but prices can be high for some items.
