2025-08 update: they are breaking all hygiene rules by not providing hand soap in the bathroom.
Love working in their upstairs area on work-at-home days :) great start to the day. And power sockets along the back bench line of tables, no sockets near the windows, so charge up before coming in!

The chocolate muffin was really dry and fit to be thrown away, and the cake counter was an eyesore, with cakes practically falling apart. Little attention to detail and pastries. The upstairs seating area of this Nero Caffè was very nice.

Very busy place,however staff are friendly, coffee was good and selection of cakes are varied and tempting. Only downside is one customer toilet which is need of a good clean.

This cafe seems to have constant problems with the dishwasher. Went in there today and yet again I was told I could not have a ceramica mug but just paper. Went to indipendent cafe across the road instead. I blades the management. The cafe was empty and both barista were trained, so they could have washed a cup by hand !

This is a brilliant branch with delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are decent, but I did notice flies in the shop during the summer. Although it?s somewhat unavoidable, it?s still a bit off-putting when eating.

Ordered two large cappuccinos. Ask whether the cappuccino should be strong and whether cocoa should be on top. Strong, yes, but definitely not cocoa. We get two large cappuccinos with cocoa, which were weaker than a normal German coffee. But the muffins were delicious.

The hot chocolate isn?t that good anymore. The Pain au chocolat and almond croissants are more burned than normal with decreased taste.

Extremely rude staff, especially the guy with the beard and he said he was the manager on that shift. I remember his name being Karem.He was unprofessional and extremely arrogant. I simply asked if my drink was going to take long because I had a train to catch and he said to me?can you not wait 5 min we are busy? and rolled his eyes at me. My tea was cold as well.I asked for the manager and he revealed that he was the manager.DO NOT GO HERE !! The manager is rude!!

Two young girls chatting by the counter whilst I wait. Made wrong coffee - as still were chatting about personal matter. Forget to give me a change. Forget to give a receipt. Zero service. And this is Fulham Broadway,Tables dirty, people asking for wipers to wipe by themselves. No water, no glasses.Two young girls chatting non stop.Sat there for an hour and they didn?t stop.
