Your manager for your Fulham Branch of the British Heart Foundation store on North End Road Fulham .Needs to go on a customer service training course .Or do not allow her to meet or greet the public in the store .Miserable , ungrateful and rude towards myself .People like myself who work in the local community. Are helping the charity by giving donations .The lady manager needs to smile more, be polite and be thankful. Not a good experience.Unfortunately it is a charity shop to avoid if you encounter the manager.Someone senior needs to speak to her. Before you customers.

Prices were quite expensive. I saw paperback books for £2 which is also quite high by charity shop standards these days. No deals on dvd.

Rude manager. Tried to donate a small whicker storage box. Rudely said 'I don't want it.' I said 'excuse me?' and she said 'I won't be able to sell it.' There was no 'thank you but I don't think this will be suitable' or a smile. I donated it to Cancer Research a few doors down who happily took it. I'll also be writing to the BHF to let them know they've lost all future donations from me as well.
