Chantal Lohou went over and above to provide me with really excellent service when dealing with a return of some faulty bathroom items. She pushed for a replacement when the manufacturer originally refused. I am really impressed. It's rare to have properly good customer service these days and Chantal really outperformed.

All the staff at The Bathroom Discount Centre were excellent. From the day of ordering through to receiving and when l had an imperfection in an item, customer service and the returns department were very helpful in getting a replacement sorted.I will be returning when we renovate our second bathroom.
