Rubbish bank. Never answer calls. After a 40 minute wait they answer and asked my details and hung up again. No professionalism at all. I?m going to the bank to close my account.

Horrible customer ?service? , an old man (clearly with dementia) humiliated in front of me. The manager shouting at him in front of the machine because he couldn?t understand how to withdraw money. You should be ashamed to treat people this way.

I lost my bank cards and have ordered replacements. I went to the bank today to take out some money, to be told that the bank doesn't give out cash! A bank.. that doesn't give out cash. It's been snowing and it's zero degrees and I have had to come out with my two small children, to be told that if I want cash, I'd have to travel to Hammersmith or Putney. .. please make it make sense!

On Saturday 08-10-22 around 10:30 a.m. we went to this bank for the first time, we were attended by a male employee, when we sat down, he took our data and he began to make jokes in very bad taste to the point that he did not stop doing that in all the process to my husband and mine. Be careful because this type of jokes or comment that this employee made can cause serious problems to a marriage or couple in our case we took the employee with very little professional work ethic because we recently moved to this area and went to this bank for a small procedures that we cannot carry out from our account on the wet page.

I tried to sort a refund online at home, but ended up going to a Local Branch. Very modern and clean but the only problem was lack of staff at hand. The one lady on the shop floor had to deal with all customers that were coming through the door.

I would give it less than one if it is possible. I went into the branch to complete my account opening process as the app was fault, the customer service assistant had a terrible attitude. For a "high street bank" they need to work on their tech and customer service, I have decided to open an account with Lloyd's which was a much more pleasant experience.

I don't tend to review things but felt they deserved some praise. The staff we're cheerful, kind and helpful. Showed me what I needed to do. I think its the nicest visit to a bank i've ever had.

Would rate lower than 1 if possible.Terrible service. The main ?manager? Don (Jakara I believe his second name was), skipped queue to chat with customers he knew. Then when approached was rude and not in anyway helpful. Instead of offering a seat and discuss inquiry. He merely tutted and retreated to his office to make a phone call. Despite a lengthy queue forming.Disappointing experience and one that makes a barclays customer reconsider holding an account.

They really need to improve their service! Slow and long queues with staff stood or sat in office rooms while there are long waits. Why can?t they come out and help? Everyone seems busy looking at iPad.

I visited this brunch today as I needed to change my address and the app wasn't working properly, well the staff was unable to change the address too.... the guy that talked to me was rude and told me that if I wasn't happy he would close my account! this is unacceptable!!! I ll close my account for sure now. Very bad experience
