Worse company what is the point in having a phone line if they NEVER answer?! It?s very poor customer service for such basic support over the phone!! Their delivery charges are a CON even Click & Collect £4.99 when it doesn?t even cost that much to post is actually a joke!!!

Waited by the shoe stand for 25 minutes. Nobody came to help me. I asked shopping assistants a few times, but they only said "in a minute" and then disappeared. I left very disappointed

I paid £20.I now find the goods have the following fault:The size was as described on package not fit for purpose not satisfactory quality doesn't match the descriptionUnder the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods you supply must be of satisfactory quality, be fit for purpose and match their description. As there was a problem with the goods when I bought them, I request that you give me a full refund.Please respond within 14 days of receiving this letter.Totally told by the store manager and his team they want to keep my money or want me to spend it in the store even when the store does not have anything I need the right size and I was sold something which was wrongly sized of poor quality. The store they do not comply with the law have 0 customers service skills. Look at all the online reviews not replying to them not hoping to improve customer services or customer relations. How sad is this situation.

I ordered some items online with click and collect from store.I recived email that the latest will be 6.08. I recived email from courier that the order was delivered to the store . After 4 hours i went to the store and asked for my parcel but they said i have to recive email that is ready for collection . He said that next day will be ready, but i didn t recived any email. I m wondering how long does it takes to scan some parcels? This is not acceptable from such a big brand . I went holiday without my items ?Very unprofessional . I dont recomand click and collect from the store , they are not able to do it on time , don t care bcs o notice that time they were like joking and laughing on the shopfloor . Never visit and order with click and collect

Wow, just wow. First part of our experience was finding a staff member to help, and show they were partially happy to be there. This is the third time we've been there, within a 2 month period in search of football boots, and still nothing much in stock. And again most boots were on the wrong shelf so just when you get excited about a good price, you're told it was x3 that as was in the wrong place! Not their fault entirely but the lack of bothered manpower meant there was no one who could add a bit of order! Finally we found the perfect boots, good price too, but when the worker eventually returned from trying to find the other boot, he actually said they had lost it!!! No idea why then he put the boot back on the shelf! Still I guess you don't know when Long John Silver might be dropping in for a new footie boot.

Customer service is nil. No wonder they have gone into administration. You hire people to work, not stand around chatting to each other.

Unfortunately there is not enough staff, so need to wait 20-30 mins just for someone to come and show get you some shoes.

The fitting room is only one, its very small with one double hook, nothing on the floor to step on when you take off your shoes, nowhere to put your clothes, nothing to sit on, its just bad.

I'm shopping here when I need something ASAP otherwise I prefer brent cross store. This store is OK but they have small selection of clothes and I would say they selling lots of own brands and cheaper version of other brands. In other sport directs I seen higher end products from Nike and other brands but not in this store. Store si weirdly organised and it takes some time to find brand and item you looking for. There's only one fitting room which is negative I would say there should be at least 3. I would do few improvements in this store to make it better otherwise I prefer brent cross where's much better selection of products and much easier to find something in store

Got to be some of the worst customer service levels I have ever experienced! No one on the tills EVER! You have to call out for someone to come and serve you. Then other customers simply walk in front of you and the staff prefer to serve them than to serve those that have been waiting patiently in line. Literally it seems that no staff that work there give any kind of regards to customer welfare. A complete shambles!

It has always been a bit disorganised and very slow at the tills but today:14min in the queue to pay with 4 people in front of me and there are still 2 guys in the front and I still have not paid.Jesus Christ get more ppl to work or get faster people.

One of the better Sports Direct stores. It's spacious, well staffed and staff are helpful and pleasant. Might be a different story on a busy weekend.
