Booked a locksmith from RS Locksmiths to come out and change the locks following a house purchase. It wasn't a simple job but the locksmith, Morgan, worked hard to fix the issues as best he could. Very happy with the service provided and I would use RS again.

Not reliable. 45 mins arrival did not happen. Repeatedly chased on ETA to be told ?what?s the problem, you are not locked out? ???it?s called time management..you come when you say you do because people have stuff to do. If you got all day, maybe use them. If you need someone to show when they say they will, don?t bother.

My wife bought an antique writing desk that had two locks that we didn't have keys for. I took the locks to R S Locksmiths and Rob said they could make some keys to fit. Long and short of it is we now have two perfectly working key alike locks fitted to the desk. I can thoroughly recommend this shop.
