Very poor quality of stock people who praise this place know nothing about Mediterranean food. The prices are more expressive than whole foods in Mayfair, staff are very miserable, rude and don't speak English probably illegal immigrants.

Amazing bread and olive selection, yes it's a busy shop so you may not always get the best customer experience, but, you'll always get great fresh bread and olives so 10/10

On the store it says that every Sunday there is a 25 percent discount on fruits and vegetables, but it is not noted on the cash register

I am disappointed with the terrible service I received. Despite there being a clear place to queue, one man ignored this and went straight to the till. I wasn?t queuing at the time when he did this, but then after his sever was too busy he then went straight to my server as I was approaching after I queued. It was clear that the staff were not interested in ensuring a fair and orderly system. The server saw me approaching, yet still chose to serve this selfish man instead of waiting for their turn - wow. It was a total disregard for common courtesy and basic manners. If the staff are not capable of maintaining a fair and efficient queue system, then why bother having one at all? There are much better stores in the area that provide a service, and I only visited here when necessary. This confirmed why I rarely shopped here. Now never again. I would not recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming and smooth shopping experience.

Having grown up around this area of North London and loving cuisine from the Mediterranean. Now in Suffolk, we pop into Fio's on our way home from visiting relatives every time. Our go to section is the bakery which sells different types of fresh bread, pastries and baklava. You can buy most Turkish and Greek style foods here so recommend it. Products are always well stocked, everything looks tidy and clean. Staff also friendly.

I went in here today to buy some essentials like water, washing powder and meat only to find they had tripled and on some items even quadrupled their prices amid the Corona virus pandemic. Detergent which is £10 in Asda, they were selling for £26. Meat was three times the price they usually charge. I am absolutely disgusted that in these tough times, this supermarket chooses to exploit people and just want to point out to them that in fact, what they are doing is punishable and the government has asked consumers to report independent shops that grossly inflate their prices during the Corona virus pandemic, for their own gain. Disgusting.

The prices in Fios are extraordinary high. I will no longer be going to shop in this place as they are being ridiculous with this high prices and people supporting them. Their products might be of good quality but certainly not worth the prices they are selling them for.
