Got spray tan here and I'm the same colour as I walked in the shop. Was really patchy when it was setting but as soon as the water hit it it came off straight away and have no tan what so ever now.

Great place for either a fake spray tan or using the multiple sun beds. The staff are really welcoming too.

No refund !!! Used the bed for 12 minutes in the palmers green store and the blonde girl at the reception didn't say anything that the light been changed or go for less minutes !!!!Completely burned over 4 days !!!!!!!Msged to the headoffice in facebook they asked my email? also emailed them and no reply ever since !!!Ridiculous service ! They doesn't care about their customers!!!!!

I used to work here at cockfosters fakin it and as I also used to be their customer. The services are very good and staff are firendly however as a employee I was treated unfairly and I have worked at Fakin It Cockfosters for 1 and Half months and they havent paid me and they seem to not keep their promises either.

Hi all.Just wanted to share the horrible expierence I had with Faking It business owner. I have been chasing for a refund for nearly 2 months now! Please avoid as they will take your money, close shops with no notice to their customers and keep your money to reopen bigger tanning shops elsewhere. Absolute disgrace.Service: Tanning
