I had a disappointing experience at Costa Coffee recently. The staff were unfriendly and seemed uninterested in helping customers. They were really unprofessional.
We had two sandwiches as well as two coffee, they gave us one tissue and when I asked for more they gave us one more only. She didn?t ask me if I want my coffee to be shaken up, she just did whatever. My cup was empty as you can see in the photo, our sandwiches were not warm enough, cheese was not melted enough.
We had to wait for the to wipe the table as it seemed like they are taking their time.
There was no warmth, no eye contact, and certainly no smile.
I wouldn?t recommend this Costa coffee to anyone.

Someone needs to train the staff to understand that tea made from a boiler at 94c is not boiling. The two members of staff, devoid of any recognition of temperatures insisted the water was okay. The scum on the surface was like the tepid tea you expect to get in the US, a nation with zero understanding of how to make tea. Atrocious!
My daughter also tried to use her Costa App at the till, the staff seemed clueless as to how to process this.

After shopping around, my wife and I had the Black Forest Hot Chocolate. It was the most needed drink ever. The Barrista was very friendly and helpful. The costa itself was very spacious and had plenty of seating at the time we visited, around 4pm-ish.Wheelchair accessibility: Has wheelchair accessible entrance.

I was served a good flat white and butter croissant by a very polite baristas with a smile, this is beyond my expectations, let alone that the place is spot on and attracts you to sit and relax. Thank you

This particular Costa has modern warm decor with plenty of space. Staff are friendly and efficient. A good selection of food items can be found here. There is plenty of free parking.

After spending £4.85 on a take away mocha, I was on my second sip and a maggot fell from the bottom of my cup onto my t-shirt. I almost vomited. I threw the coffee away. This place should be visited by the health inspectors they should be closed down.
