We quickly found the carpet we were looking for, and the staff helped to check what we had bought previously so that we could match and gave great advice on the floor bars that would match. Very pleased with the range available and the service from the staff.

During my two visits to this store, I encountered a woman named Diane who provided consistently poor customer service. Her communication was rude, and she seemed disinterested in assisting us, despite our simple request for a small amount of Lyno. Even with no other customers to attend to, the second visit mirrored the first, with Diane arrogantly responding to our questions and hastily redirecting us to another staff member when it came time to make a payment, leaving us waiting for attention.
