The elderly lady who was doing my BP, was NOT rat all competent, after asking my adress 3 times, asked me why don?t I go to any other local optician, very rude, trying to drive patients away from practice

I am very disappointed with my recent visit to Boots Opticians in Barnet. I went for an eye test, they made me a new prescription. I selected my new frames and when I picked them up, there were problems with the new glasses. They are varifocals, and my vision was out of focus when i tried the new glasses on. Boots Opticians in Barnet sent them back to get them checked. When i picked them up for a second time, my vision was still out of focus and after 30 mins of wearing them, the left lens cracked. So they went back again. As the problem persisted and my vision didnt improve, I didnt want them anymore and wanted a refund. They said to me that they dont do refunds. I was shocked. I had my original eye test in April 2021 and today (28/6/21) I still dont have any new glasses or a refund. I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated by Boots Opticians in Barnet and will not be using them again.
