I ordered a karcher machine for 1,5 months ago, there was a problem with the list I contacted customer service and they?ve told me that they solved the issue. After a week the product wasn?t delivered, I?ve contacted customer support again and they told me to contact the store that product we purchased. I went there the next day and they told me to call customer support again. I?ve called them and they told me to wait until Thursday (It was Monday when I called). I waited till Thursday and the product wasn?t delivered. On Friday I?ve went to Friend Barnet B&Q where I purchased the product. The supervisor of the store called the customer support and still the order wasn?t on the list. They told me that they?ve added us again and told us to wait another week. After a week they send us messages that product should be delivered by Thursday but yet It didn?t arrive. Again on Friday I?ve contacted Friend Barnet B&Q and tried to get refund. Workers there came to me and tried to solve it. After I waited an hour they could only give store credit. I told them I do not want it and they made me wait another week till Thursday. Still the product next week didn?t arrive, I contacted the store again and they told me to wait. I?ve waited 40 minutes in the store. No-one helped me and they weren?t really positive and polite. After almost an hour I looked around for a worker that looked at me and he was doing something else. He said its not possible and i wasted 40 minutes there just to hear that. I?ve was told that only If I drive to B&Q Reading I could get a refund because they couldn?t do it there. The next day I went to there and after an 2 hour drive they solved my problem in 5m. 2 workers told me that I didn?t needed to come there, Frien Barnet B&Q would do that but they didn?t. While I was in the store someone scraped my car and I spend 4 hours of fuel spend just because some people wouldn?t do their job.

I'm very pleased with the service at Friern Barnet branch. A customer assistance called Ash was very knowledgeable and helpful he allowed me to buy exactly what I needed in a very speedy and efficient way he was very patient and courteous. He deserves a cold beverage.

Website says cutting is available whenever the store is open.I rang and spoke to the wood cutter on a Friday at midday. Said I?d be in later the same or following day. After walking for an hour to get there about 4pm (it closed at 8pm), another staff member told me the wood cutter had already left at 2pm and wouldn?t be back until Monday - meaning there would be no cutting service on the Saturday or Sunday, despite the store being open contrary to the online information. When I expressed disbelief that the cutter had not mentioned this when we spoke, I was told ?he?s like that?.The previous time I went we were asked to wait an hour for the cutting service.The manager had also left for the day, so I sent a complaint. I never heard back aside from an auto acknowledgment

Worse ever visit, there is absolutely zero costumer service in this store, they have no idea what is in the store and dismis costomers with simplest answer by saying we don't have it. No wonder if they have record of nonesale!

Order ?Available to collect from 5:30 pm today at B&Q? not there, staff try to explain this means ?it will be available some time after 5:30pm?. Hardly good! 3stars in hope.

Bought a light fitting last week and need to replace its broken shade and it?s impossible to do. Store doesn?t know how and refers you to customer services who just refer you back to the store in Barnet who don?t answer the phone. Don?t buy lights from B&Q

Store has gone downhill lately. Very poor service and zero quality control on what's sold in store. Store Manager Reaz very unhelpful when things go wrong.Better options for DIY in the area

There is a New young lady working at Checkouts and not only does she have good customer service, she?s always smiling and is very helpful.

I visited this place and there was a lady talking on the phone outside ( apparently to another customer which I don?t believe as she was talking about personal stuff) she didn?t let us in due to whatever reason ( bare in mind there were so many other people inside) and when I tried asking for the reason , she rudely Carried on talking on the phone , eventually we got in and once at the till , I mentioned to her that I don?t understand why you didn?t let us in and after exchanging a few words (which I kept it very polite) she said ? YOU DO NOT PAY MY WAGES SO SHUT UP !? so I complained and the manager who was another lady said that she was talking to another client!!!So I raised my complaint to the head office and I was told the area manager is going to get in touch to have a look at the matter but that cal never came !!! Called the head office again and I was promised the same thing again, it has been ages and not one person got in touch to explain why we weren?t allowed in and why on earth this person was so rude towards us !!! Such a person shouldn?t be allowed to work in a place that deals with customers service day in day out !

Recently I had interacted with Steven Zissler regarding my kitchen design.He had a very professional attitude. He listened to my requirements and constraints and came up with a nice design. He also advised about pros and cons of different things I was not sure about and responded quickly to all my queries. I definitely recommend the kitchen design service at this store.

Despite there being 4 closer B&Q's to my home I drove to this one as the website said this store had 4 of the item I was looking for, and that it didn't need to be click & collect.When I arrived, the section where the item was supposed to be was completely empty. One of the assistants told me that the items are stored away and cannot be pulled out of storage!Another of the assistants said I should've called the store!? Thanks. I appreciate that they at least made some effort to check the storage boxes at the very top of the display.Was a complete waste of my time. B&Q needs to do better.
