“Unfortunately I'd got a digit wrong in the delivery address for a Christmas arrangement. The delivery driver was so helpful and patient. He called me, said I could contact him with the correct address and then redelivered it later the same day. This must be a busy time but I felt like I was their only customer! I'm so grateful for the fabulous service and the flowers are beautiful too - with instructions on how to care for them.”
