Worst experience ever! I paid for 2 orders on Argos website and didn?t realised this was sent to collection point, not to actual Argos! I went to the store to find small machine, which didn?t recognise my orders at all. A person from Sainsburys customer services managed to find some packets from first order in the warehouse, but said they sometimes ?forget? to scan items into system, therefore for them they don?t exist!The second order was nowhere to be found.I checked the first order which were bedsheets and duvet set, just to find it was a wrong colour. I wanted to refund but now I couldn?t refund in the store as I have to go to real Argos! Furthermore I couldn?t refund as the items were never scanned into system properly by Sainsburys warehouse staff!! When I asked what to do next, they had no clue!I ended up going to Sydenham for help, no problems there! Argos in Sydenham also advised me they know Sainsburys/Argos collections at Forest Hill are basically incompetent and parcels get lost on regular basis!!Whatever you do, do not order for collection from this store. I?m still waiting for the second order, which apparently doesn?t exist and I lost my money!
