Dear McDonald?s Management,
I had a very disappointing experience at your store around midnight. A staff member named Ayesha was extremely rude. When I first approached on foot, she closed the counter without even listening to me. Later, she served a walk-through customer who came after me, which was completely unfair.
I returned with my bike, and although she took my order, her attitude remained rude and unprofessional. The other Black lady at the counter was also very rude and not wearing a name badge.
For the record, I have photos of both staff members involved, but I?m choosing not to share or post them publicly out of respect ? my upbringing doesn?t allow me to disrespect women, even when I?m treated unfairly.
Please ensure your staff treat all customers equally and with basic manners. If this happens again, I will escalate the matter to head office.

Really bad experience of mcdonlds romford roadc london , me and my friend orderd 2 med caramel Frappe , cheese slides , the caramel hava a lot ice they have no flavour , when i tell the order girl , the behavior is to bad , she?s indian but ithink born here , i told them can u change this please its to much ice but shes behave not good , really its aa bad bad experience

Had a order delivered tonight lovely and hot but the most expensive burger was missing and trying to get through or leave a complaint is near impossible will never use Forest Gate again.

Definitely not open 24 hours. Today popped in when open to use toilet facilities. Toilet stuffed with toilet paper, dirty toilet paper all over floor and feaces in a large pile on the floor...I would avoid at all costs

I had terrible service when going in today. They finally had milkshakes for sale which is very rare. I paid for large and got medium. When trying to discuss it with the member of staff (Blonde older lady with wart next to nose) she just walked off while I was mid sentence. I was shocked that a junior manager would treat customers in such a dismissive and overtly disrespectful way.

Just wanted a triple cheese burger and apple pie, got there as a rush started and the staff could not cope orders were wrong and seemed like people were not happy.
Got my order and burger was cold could not be bothered to go back and get a fresh one, as I was just dissapointed with the whole experience. Haven't to Forest gate branch in ages it was not this bad before management must have changed.
