The food is hit and miss at this branch, sometime the sandwich artist is good and ok with the salad, and sometime they refuse to put more than 2 tomato slices in the 6 inch when normally its 3 everywhere, the sauce is always 1 line, they don't ask if you want any salt and pepper and generally very slow, there was a male member of staff there and I am sure if I had gone behind the counter I could have prepared my sandwich quicker than him, fortunately what looked like the manageress kept asking him to hurry up.

The female staff were insulting and racist. Just asking for a different bread turned her face into an attacking mode. Glad I left the place within 5 minutes.
Never going to this outlet ever again.

I?m not over exaggerating but ordered Chicken Breast 6 inch, when it was prepped, it didn?t look right, very small portion of chicken, I asked the guy kindly could I please get a bit more, he gave me 2 small slices of chicken breast, didn?t want to be a nuisance? so I left it. When eating my sandwich, all I could taste was bread and no meat. All I?m saying is they are very tight with portion sizes.

Not open at 3:45 despite subway app showing closed at 5am and Google also showing 5pm. The store was not open 1st April 2025 at 3:45 am. I also called the number but no answer

I had a terrible experience at Subway. After eating a tuna sandwich, I ended up with severe food poisoning. I was violently ill all night, unable to sleep, and in complete shock from the ordeal. This is completely unacceptable, and I'm deeply concerned about the food safety and hygiene standards at this location. I'll be avoiding Subway in the future and recommend others to be cautious.

I usually order from here on Uber eats, they always get my filling wrong yet I have never complained and the reason for me writing this review is that I bought two foot long sandwiches but had only received one foot long. The offer on my Uber account and receipt is showing that I have paid for two sandwiches for the price for four. I have called subway regarding this, I spoke to kusshl and was unsupportive. He had claimed he packed my order and that there was no offer on Uber eats. ( a majority of the time, Uber eats offers buy one get one free on their sandwiches) I have ordered this countless times and had given him the opportunity to rectify the situation by coming into the store and receiving the sandwich which I have paid for which he refused. The customer service was poor and if you look into my Uber account, I regularly order from subway. I am appalled and disappointed in why you would not want to rectify the situation, take into account that this all occurred with in half an hour.
