The Rowlands Pharmacy are the closest pharmacy to my workplace and I popped in on the off chance they could help because I had forgotten to take my tablet before leaving home that morning and wanted to know if I could purchase a tablet then and there and not miss a dose. They were so obliging, kind, helpful and fast. I walked out with a seven day emergency dose and peace of mind. They were lovely and so friendly. Thank you :)

I wish I could give zero stars. I have never encountered a place like this in my life. My prescription was sent over a week ago and I have visited the pharmacy 3 times today to try to get hold of it. I still do not have my medication. Worst service, they do not answer the phone and the smell inside makes you retch. AVOID unless you have days to wait around for your medication which they may or may not have.

INCREDIBLY rude? I have never witnessed a pharmacy this ridiculous. Due to admin error couldn?t get my medication for a week via the app.
My gp fixed it and told me to go to my pharmacy who can give an emergency 3 day supply.
I went here and they told me I have to go back to my gp, I told them what the surgery said? they then said I have to wait until my gp surgery is closed??? But then ? the pharmacist will ask why I didn?t get it from the doctor ? ???
I needed urgent medication and the pharmacy couldn?t have cared less.
Please if you can, avoid looks the plague

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this pharmacy. I have young children, and over the past week, I have visited three times to collect medication for my daughter. Each time, I have been told they are ?looking into it? and that the prescription will be ready soon, but this has not happened. My child?s health is now suffering as a result. They say they will message when the medication is ready - they haven't. When you try to call them, its a recorded message.
I will be escalating this matter by filing a formal complaint with the pharmacy management and, if necessary, taking it further to the NHS and the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). This level of service is unacceptable, and I urge others to be cautious.

A nightmare to get a flu jab here. Last year, made booking via phone, no issues. This year, get told there's no need to book, should've spotted this red flag... Go to pharmacy, first time they're short staffed, so no chance. Second time after filling in the paper work, get asked if I booked online - as it seems the room is taken so they can't do it - would've saved some time and hassle if they told me that straight away.

This place is a nightmare. They never have the prescriptions available so they order and it takes days to a week. The people who answer the phone will tell you the prescription is ready but you show up and the person at the counter says it?s not ready. You call back and they say yes it?s here waiting for you. There?s absolutely no communication across staff. They rarely bother to send the text message confirming your medicine is ready for pickup. Awful service.

Had an appointment booked for a flu vaccine. Turned up with a big queue to be told the nurse wasn?t in. Never received a cancellation email/message.

I had a private flu jab appointment booked.Upon arriving and filling in the form I was told they pretty rudely told me they didn't have any jabs and I should not have bothered to come.I specifically travelled to this pharmacy, and spent money on the train, only to be told it was in vain. Also, why would I need to fill in the form if no jabs existed? It's a waste of time.I used to use this pharmacy for private jabs back in the years but not anymore.

The worst customer service. Staff speaking to you like you?re an idiot only because you?re asking a lot of questions. Of course you ask questions to make sure you are getting the right info. And they tell you ?please I don?t have a lot of time? then please work somewhere else if you?re not willing to help a customer or atleast give them decent info

Very unhelpful and rude staff, they absolutely don?t care about their customers. Prescriptions take ages to arrive and when they arrive they don?t let you know promptly. I now get my prescriptions from another pharmacy even if I have to walk 15 minutes longer to get there.
